Description We are seeking a Communications Generalist to join our team in Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of various internal and external communications initiatives. This position is a long-term contract opportunity within the Brain Modulation industry.Responsibilities: Develop and execute short and long-term internal and external communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Ensure communications are timely, relevant, and engaging. Develop and manage content for a wide range of projects, initiatives, campaigns, and channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication strategies are integrated across various channels including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Write, review, and edit promotional copy and creative assets. Coordinate the production of various marketing and communication materials such as blog articles, website copy, presentations, advertisements, infographics, newsletters, memos, headlines, press releases, and research briefs. Develop executive and employee-facing communications, including talking points and presentations. Develop, track, and analyze communications KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content performance.
