Description We are seeking consumer insights associate manager to join our team in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This role is centered on delivering superior insights on the Walmart shopper, utilizing various tools to build consumer, category, and product insights stories. You will also be conducting primary research and acting as the voice of the consumer to address key business issues. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and can be performed remotely if the candidate is not located in Bentonville, AR.Responsibilities:
Related insights/research experience within the CPG industry.
Strong Luminate and/or Numerator data/tools experience.
Comfortable with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to leverage existing learning as well as conduct new research.
Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into simple, compelling story.
Proficiency with all MS Office platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Research Marketing Statistics Mathematics Data Analytics Economics Anthropology Sociology Psychology or other related field
Experience using Walmart Luminate
MBA or Masters Degree in related field preferred
Experience with Qualtrics or other survey tools
Strong command of syndicated toolkit/Nielsen
Ability to draw Insights from multiple Data Sources
Proficient in translating complex data and information
Experience in Qualitative Analysis and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
