IS Process and Data Analyst - AI/ML

This role supports multiple divisions by identifying and supporting opportunities to optimize processes through data analysis and AI/ML-driven solutions. You’ll be responsible for partnering with operations teams, translating business needs into insights, and assisting with reporting and tool development to drive decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Partner with operations teams to identify and assess AI/ML opportunitiesTranslate business needs into use cases using exploratory data analysisAssist with data preparation for model development and tool integrationDocument assumptions, data gaps, and requirementsCreate clear reporting and visualizations to support decision-makingBuild lightweight dashboards in tools like Power BICollaborate cross-functionally on sprint-based projectsParticipate in planning, testing, and validation of AI-driven toolsMaintain thorough documentation for reuse and scalabilityStay current on industry applications of AI/ML and participate in internal trainingContribute to development of future training materials and insights
