Description We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Lake Lillian, Minnesota. The individual will be responsible for managing financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the company, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation. Prepare financial statements and assist with tax filings and audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making. Maintain financial reporting systems and ensure data accuracy. Utilize Microsoft Excel, SYSPRO, and Domo for financial analysis and reporting. Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial queries and concerns. Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve financial objectives. Requirements Proven experience in a Senior Accountant role or similar position Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferable.
