The Operations Engineering Manager is responsible for delivering the following:

Actively develops and drives ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of our organization.

Directly responsible for the supervision, leadership and development of engineering teams including: manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, receiving, safety, maintenance, and tool & die departments.

Leading of quality systems vision and execution. Leads quality engineering team while developing and guiding both internal and external systems.

Developing and managing annual operations capital plan for equipment, facility improvements & repairs, and safety modifications

Managing continuous improvement in the business, helping to implement processes and practices to implement improvements.

Developing and maintaining our technical team's culture and our future factory technology vision.

Leading of ISO process across organization through QA and engineering teams while ensuring compliance and maintenance of our certification.

Leading business management system review with support to successfully meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Responsible for coordinating engineering changes, releases of drawings, managing accuracy of drawings and specifications reducing chance of delay in processing and manufacture of quality products.

What you need to be successful as an Operations Engineering Manager:

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering discipline (mechanical, industrial, electrical, or engineering technology).

Prefer 7-10 years of experience in engineering and technical roles including: capital planning, quality systems, and manufacturing process development and improvement.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2000.

Six sigma, CQE and/or CQM Certification.

Global procurement and process qualification experience.
