APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER - Seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager for our 120 units in Maplewood Minnesota. Our Company supports a 38-hour work week, with a paid half hour lunch. Our salary range is $25-$30 hourly and is based on experience. Benefits consist of 100% premium paid medical-dental-life insurance, Earned Sick and Safe Time, PTO, and paid Holidays. Duties consist of, but are not limited to: staff oversight (1 maintenance & 1 part-time office assistant), daily operations for residents, leasing, maintenance, electronic deposits, accounts payable approval and entry, and operating within the means of an annual budget. Our property management operating software is Property Management X by MRI Software and supports a Resident Portal for maintenance and electronic rental payment.
