This role involves coordinating reseller recruitment with Seed Sales Representatives across the district.Location: Minnesota and Northern IowaWhat you will be doing:Securing new points of sale and developing them into trusted advisors and advocates for Golden HarvestWorking with Seed Sales Representatives across Illinois to ensure consistency and year around focus on the recruiting campaign Developing and implementing best practices for successful launches of new businessesBringing consistency to the onboarding process and supporting the training efforts of new dealersWork with the Account Development team and the District Manager to set appropriate recruiting targetsPartner with Sales Team to achieve annual recruiting and retention targetsEnsure proper contract management by working with Sales Operations and FinanceCollaborate with Sales Operations to build and execute Seed Advisor onboarding process
