Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a diversified industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to provide support to our team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.Responsibilities: Assisting the CFO with administrative tasks. Handling light accounts payable duties, including processing approximately one invoice per day. Managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication. Handling email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Undertaking project-based work as needed. Performing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Balancing both accounts payable and receivable tasks. Providing exceptional customer service at all times. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls Exceptional customer service skills Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Experience in managing email correspondence professionally Proficiency in scheduling appointments Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
