Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Creative Project Manager in the Design area, in the Financial Services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role revolves around the planning, execution, and management of marketing and communication materials for both print and digital use. The Creative Project Manager will establish relationships with internal and external parties, manage project timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of on-brand materials.Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the creative development process, ensuring high quality, cost-effective, and timely production. Serve as the main point of contact for business partners and creative teams, establishing expectations and monitoring project timelines to keep the project on track. Handle creative projects of large scale and various mediums, which may require brand consultation during development. Work proactively with business partners to provide the creative team with the right direction, creative briefs, and consolidated feedback. Manage specification documents for print and electronic projects, applying knowledge of various mediums and their production requirements. Identify and troubleshoot potential project risks related to scope, resources, and timelines, escalating to management when necessary. Work closely with the Brand team on brand questions throughout the consultation and execution process. Monitor the quality of work to meet business partner objectives, brand standards, and production requirements, including review of final deliverables. Requirements Must possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams and stakeholders. Proven experience in marketing and brand awareness to enhance company's visibility in the market. Demonstrated ability in planning, organizing, and managing creative projects. Experience in handling materials for design projects including paper, printing components, and consumer electronics. Ability to maintain high-quality standards in all design projects. Experience in reviewing and approving design materials before they are finalized. Proficient in various design software and digital platforms. Proven project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with time management tools and techniques. Ability to provide workstation support to team members and troubleshoot any technical issues. Experience in production of design materials for both print and digital platforms. Ability to effectively negotiate with vendors and manage relationships. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the design process. Experience in designing and managing company websites. Proven experience in liaising with construction teams for design projects. Familiarity with various monitoring tools to track project progress. Ability to select appropriate components for design projects. Experience in creating advertisements for various platforms.
