ISC Production SupervisorAs an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production operations in our Minneapolis location within the Aerospace Strategic Business Group (AERO SBG). You will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve supervising a team of production workers, coordinating production schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs.You will work on location in our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility.In this role, you will impact the production operations within the AERO SBG, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet customer requirements. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality at Minneapolis, one of Honeywell Aerospace production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement.
