Description We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in the location of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our industry focus is on Service, and we offer a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our global offices, including understanding and applying international payroll laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Managing and processing international payroll efficiently and accurately. Understanding and applying international payroll laws and regulations. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of payroll transactions. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any payroll issues. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Using Accounting Software Systems like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce for payroll processing. Administering 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions. Handling other accounting functions and auditing as required. Using 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce software Experience with 401k - RRSP Administration Proficiency in About Time software Ability to manage Accounting Functions effectively Experience with Auditing procedures Knowledge of Benefit FunctionsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
