Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Three years or more of business experience and previous project management experience. One or more years of leadership and people management experience. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Proven track record of project delivery. Strong organizational and management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to motivate and hold others accountable. Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving abilities. Able to work extended hours on occasion. Positive and professional attitude. Job Summary & Objective The Project Manager will manage multiple projects of varying sizes in accordance with established standards and procedures. This includes ongoing communication with clients, management of assigned resources and coordination with internal stakeholders. This person is responsible for delivering client projects in alignment with the critical constraints of scope, schedule, cost and quality. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role. Foster a culture of accountability. Promote collaboration within the team. Maintain, reinforce and hold others accountable for corporate values, mission and vision. Identify process improvement opportunities and establish a "continuous improvement" mindset. Support and implement new and existing policies and procedures. Prepare and maintain project plans, risk assessments, timelines and schedules to meet project objectives. Utilize best-practice project planning and status reporting per established standards and procedures. Define project scope, implementation schedule and cost objectives in conjunction with other functional groups. Promptly brings to attention any deviations to plan and recommends corrective action. Work collaboratively with internal business partners, providing instruction to achieve program objectives. Measure, monitor and track results of project deliverables. Responsible for day-to-day client communications. Consult with client to assist with defining project needs and ensures successful delivery of agreed-upon requirements. Accountable for completion of client deliverables. Complete quality assurance review of deliverables. Collaboratively work with sales to provide transparency of project status. Review and manage project budgets. Participate in the end to end billing and invoicing process. Coordinate with the project team to ensure work is being completed at the right level.
