As a Hardware Engineer I here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies in Minneapolis, you will be responsible for testing, evaluating, and improving complex systems for aerospace applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out at our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. This role is required to be mostly onsite with some flexibility to work remote occasionally after the first 90 days. Your work will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and reliability of aircraft systems. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Strong knowledge of design principles and methodologies

Superb math and organization skills

Experience with system testing and validation

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
