The team provides world-class counsel to accelerate the business and deliver relevant content to build trust, drive stakeholder perception, and protect and enhance the company's reputation.Within the Public Affairs, Brand Management and Communications team, the Senior Content Strategist and Information Architect provides leadership and expertise for digital products, initiatives, or a functional area within the Digital environment. This position leads the development and execution of the most complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant, Enterprise-wide impact. These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management. The Senior Content Strategist also develops digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area, influences digital strategy for the business line and may coach a small team of more junior digital consultants or cross-functional teams in digital initiatives. This role is considered a subject matter expert in the digital technology industry.What You'll Be Responsible For:Collaborating with UX designers, content designers, web producers, developers, and user researchers on multi-device experiences for employees to help further the Employer Brand
Framing customer problems, understanding business goals, and generating creative solutions
Partnering with Designers for all of our engagements, helping lead projects from concept to launch.
Creating content strategies that meet business goals in a user-centric way
Writing and editing copy - you make every word count
Clearly articulating the rationale behind your recommendations, reflecting brand standards, content design best practices, and competitive research
Staying abreast of industry standards
Partnering with business partners, designers, developers, analysts, legal/compliance, and stakeholders across the organization
Ensuring your content is accessible
Performing light interaction design as needed

You Also:Have an understanding of the user-centered design process, including personas, task analysis, task flows, journey mapping, content audits, content strategies, and user testing
Understand what's technically possible, and how business rules work with customer experience
Are organized and able to work on several projects at once
