Description We are offering an opportunity for a Trust Operations Professional in the Investment Advisory industry. The role is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and includes a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week in the office. This is a contract-to-hire position where you will work directly with financial advisors and trust clients to enhance their relationship with our organization. Responsibilities: Fiduciary administration of complex estate and personal trust accounts Reviewing and interpreting Wills and Trust agreements Conferring with attorneys, financial advisors, and clients regarding the establishment, administration and operation of trust accounts Establishing and maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring quality customer service Coordinating the preparation of trust tax returns and addressing coding and other issues impacting the preparation of returns Assisting in the sales process for Personal Trust, reviewing and analyzing documents, proposing changes, negotiating and providing legal research as necessary Overseeing and monitoring account establishment and funding Working with advisors, attorneys, accountants and family members to ensure timely and accurate estate settlement Leading and/or participating in projects as a subject matter expert in areas such as IRA development, litigation settlement, and system conversions. Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in sales, documentation, and policy management Proficiency in research, materials handling, and review Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks, negotiate, and manage expense reporting Understanding of legal provisions and client relations Knowledge of coding, litigation, and financial planning Experience managing terminations, settlements, and conducting legal research Strong coordination skills.Requirements Proven experience in the Investment Advisory industry Experience in the Trust Operations space or similar role Proficiency in Customer Service and Client Relations Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle Documentation and Contracts Knowledge of Procedures and Policy Experience in Research Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks Proficiency in Expense Reporting and Financial Planning Experience in handling Terminations and Settlements Strong Coordination skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
