Dreamstate Café is a new plant-based, all-day café and bar at the corner of 26th St + Lyndale Ave, created by the team behind Reverie Café + Bar. We’re opening soon and looking for a talented baker to help bring our pastry and dessert program to life.
This role will take the lead on baking for both Dreamstate Café and Reverie Café + Bar, working from our existing recipe base while also developing new items that align with our creative, plant-based approach.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in professional baking or pastry production, plant-based/vegan/glutenfree experience a plus
Is organized, consistent, and efficient in the kitchen
Brings creativity and curiosity to plant-based baking
Enjoys being part of a collaborative, values-driven team
