Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in an upscale dining environment? Do you possess a deep understanding of food and wine, coupled with strong communication skills? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Server/Bartender.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to guests in a fine dining setting.
Maintain clear communication with guests and the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.
Utilize strong wine and spirits knowledge to assist guests with selections and pairings.
Create a hospitable environment at all tables, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service standards and exceed guest expectations.
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed to assist with service tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in fine dining service and bartending.
Passion for food and wine with a desire to grow in the profession.
Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in wine, spirits, and food knowledge
Excellent technical service skills.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingualism is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
