Overview of Position:
Working in collaboration with the Food Truck Manager and shift lead, the Food Truck Staff works in the day to day operations with our fellowship team. This position requires you to show up on time and have open availability.
Food truck runs Mar-Nov, after which you will transfer into our restaurant. Days and time vary and will be discussed in the interview.
Specific Responsibilities:
-Working the food truck’s operations and each specific station, with culinary technique, plating, and execution as well as customer engagement;
-BE ON TIME FOR EVENTS
-Be able to work different hours of the day;
-Support the FT Lead and fellows in prepping and setting up for the events;
-Adhere to the local health and safety codes, as well as All Square’s internal safety and sanitation policies;
-Collaborate with FT Shift Lead to address real-time equipment and/or mechanical setbacks that arise;
-Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors amongst the team;
-Maintain timely and accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring our products are consistent with our internal quality control standards.
-Adhere to health department standards.
Food Truck experience preferred but not required
The only requirement is a strong work ethic, punctuality and a desire to learn.
Preference is given to individuals that have been impacted by the IN-justice system
Compensation: $19.40/hr, plus tips/Weekly Hr Avg: $25-$27Hr
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
