DAO Labs is a Minneapolis-based wellness brand with a mobile Botanical Elixir Bar offering non-alcoholic botanical drinks and wellness activations for corporate events, private gatherings, and community experiences.
We’re looking for a local, part-time Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to help us build our Spring–Summer event calendar, with a focus on corporate wellness activations and private catering.
This is a 90-day contract role (January–March) with flexible hours and the potential to continue beyond the initial term.
This role is relationship-focused and professional, not high-pressure sales.
What You’ll Do
Conduct thoughtful outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to:
– Corporate wellness and HR contacts
– Office managers and people operations teams
– Event planners, venues, and agencies
Track outreach and follow-ups in a simple spreadsheet
Respond to inbound inquiries and help schedule introductory calls
Follow up consistently and professionally
Occasionally support or attend local events (optional)
This Role Is a Great Fit If You
Are local to the Minneapolis–St. Paul area
Have prior experience in events, hospitality, admin, agencies, partnerships, or relationship-based roles
Enjoy outreach, follow-up, and organizing conversations
Are professional, reliable, and clear in written communication
Prefer flexible, part-time work with a defined scope and timeline
This role is especially well-suited for someone who previously worked full-time, stepped away for a period, and is now looking to stay professionally active and engaged on a flexible basis.
(No wellness or herbal background is required.)
