The Lakeside Pub is seeking Kitchen Manager/Cook to completely run kitchen and staff. Must be extremely reliable, organized and have attention to detail. Kitchen Manager would be charge of cooking, food prep and purchasing and staff and would work under the General Manager. This is 100% commissioned position with experience preferred but not absolutely necessary. Dependable vehicle is a must, and hours would be 25-30 per week from Thursday - Sunday.
