Our Care homes offer small setting Care (5 beds) that provides 24 hour care staff to the elderly.

- Day shift 8am-8pm FRIDAYS
- On Call pick up shifts
Hiring for 12 Hour Friday Shift 8am-8pm. In either Bloomington or Burnsville.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists residents with Personal Cares including bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, transfers.
Cooking & Preparing meals for residents
Under direction of nurse, provides Health Related assistance such as Medication Administration, glucose monitoring, blood pressures, and vitals.
Performs basic home services such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and assisting with activities.
other tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
CNA Preferred, or 2+ years experience in related field.
Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening
Can read, write, & speak Engligh fluently
Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and compassion for residents, families and co workers.
Ability to work in a team setting and support others.
Ability to work with a diverse and elderly population.
