Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bowling Mechanic to ensure the proper functioning of our bowling lanes, pinsetters, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on bowling pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with bowling equipment.
Ensure lanes and equipment meet operational and safety standards.
Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with the management team to minimize downtime and enhance guest experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
Assist in the installation and upgrade of bowling equipment when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bowling mechanic or similar technical role preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of AMF or Brunswick pinsetters is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a noisy environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
