River Valley Lawnscape of Red Wing is now hiring a Property Maintenance Crew Lead (Lawn Care & Winter Snow Removal) to work in our Lawnscape department. This position is eligible for our full-time benefit package.

Crew lead on commercial & residential properties to provide the highest quality lawn maintenance & snow removal for our valued 30+ year customer base. River valley is the longest established and largest volume provider of professional lawn care in the red wing & lake city area.
This role is a lead role, can be customer facing & interacting, with seasonal diverse duties: getting properties ready for spring, summer weekly mowing, trimming, pruning shrubbery, fall leaf cleanups & winter snow removal. Ideal candidate enjoys the independence of working outdoors as a two man team as well as working a flexible M-F schedule that as long as the work gets done can be flexible. Target 40hrs per week year round.
Compensation:
$22.00 - $30.00 an hour
