Job Title: Maintenance Technician
The Position:
As a Maintenance Technician you will assess needs and work orders for proper responses at assigned homes, programs, and properties. Follow-up by fixing the problems through maintenance skills or outside resources when appropriate. Having experience in the trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting is preferred. You will be given a company phone and company vehicle to use during your working hours.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (daytime hours) and on-call (every 9th week).
$23+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record
Basic computer skills
Must pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
