We are seeking a dedicated and motivated 2 person crew. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional product in a construction environment, particularly in multi-family units. Will consist of 40-60hrs per week, year round, to renovate and make ready apartment units between leases in Minneapolis area. Skills needed: operate paint sprayers, drywall repairs, minor plumbing, installing cabinets and laminate countertops and general hardware and handyman work. No flooring needed, will be done by other crews. Company van and tools provided. Compensation Negotiable.
