$25/hr – Independent Contractor (1099) to Start
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Property Rehab & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role begins with assisting on an active renovation project and can transition into ongoing property maintenance and turnovers across our rental portfolio. For the right person, this position may become a full-time W2 role.

Primary Duties
Rehab & Renovation Work
Assist with full property renovations
Demolition and jobsite cleanup
Carpentry and framing
Finish work and trim
Painting
Drywall hanging and patching
LVP flooring installation
Misc. interior/exterior repair tasks
Property Maintenance & Turnovers
Snow removal at several apartment complexes
General maintenance and repair calls
Unit turnovers: painting, flooring, fixture replacements, cleaning prep
Routine property upkeep and preventative maintenance

Part-time available (1–2 days per week)
Or full-time hours available (40–50 hrs/week) until current project is completed
Flexible scheduling

Requirements
Basic construction/maintenance experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be dependable and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
