We are seeking Independent Contractors to join our team in the Metro Area:
Our Independent Contractors will complete on-site surveys for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential and Commercial properties.
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations)
Professional conduct
Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone.
Current Vehicle Insurance
Drivers License
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report
Equipment:
Reliable vehicle
Windows based computer
6-foot monopod or camera pole
Measuring device (Measuring Wheel)
High Speed Internet
Smart phone(Use our Photo app)
