Job Duties
Answer customer inquiries and complaints
Answer questions about products or services
Build relationships with customers
Fill customer orders
Provide demonstrations to customers
Show samples to customers
Travel across a geographic region to meet customers (overnight travel required on a regular basis)
Manage customer base covering multi-state area and Western Canada
Develop specifications through presentations to key groups and other activities
Education
Bachelor's Degree
College Diploma
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Some secondary school education
Qualification
Driver's license
Previous sales experience
5+ years of on the road experience as a sales representative
Proficient computer skills and interest in technology
Experience documenting activities in CRM systems
