We’re now hiring a Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, assess their tree care needs, and offer tailored solutions with professionalism and integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Traveling to client homes to evaluate tree care needs and provide estimates
Educating clients on pruning, removals, and stump grinding services
Building trust and guiding clients toward informed decisions
Preparing quotes and closing sales with support from our operations team
Representing Branch Out with a consultative, safety-first approach
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience in home services, landscaping, or tree care is a plus—but not required
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to learn tree care terminology and safety standards
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Growth:
Base pay: $20/hr
Commission: 10% of total job value on closed sales
Typical earnings: $25–$45/hr depending on performance
Training provided—no prior tree care experience required
