Job Overview:
Sōta Hot Yoga is a new studio dedicated to the Original Hot Yoga 26&2 series. We’re looking for passionate yoga instructors who either:
Are already certified and experienced in teaching Original Hot Yoga (Bikram Style) classes or,
Are motivated to learn and teach the Original Hot Yoga (26&2) sequence.
What you’ll do:
Lead 90-minute Original Hot Yoga (26&2) classes
Guide students safely through postures with clear verbal instruction and mindful alignment cues.
Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
Support students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Assist with class check-ins or light studio tasks as needed. Lead dynamic yoga classes that promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation for diverse groups of participants.
Educate participants on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Yoga Instructor from an accredited program.
Carry active yoga instructor liability coverage.
Comfortable teaching in a heated room for 90 minutes.
Willingness to learn and teach the Original Hot Yoga 26&2 sequence.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about health, wellness, and community.
