White Bear Lake area Builder/Remodeler looking to hire for the following positions:
PART-TIME LABORER: 20+/- hours per week. Most work is remodeling and some new construction. Start immediately. Assist in demolition work, cabinet installation, job punch out at the end of a project, job site cleaning and organization. Need basic knowledge of power tools (need own basic tools), can take direction, must also have the ability to work alone at times when given a list of things to do.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be punctual, have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Need to have good people skills as you are around our clients, subcontractors, co-workers, etc.
Must be able to physically do the task at hand. There is a lot of bending, walking, lifting, kneeling, etc.
This is a P/T position primarily in the White Bear Lake area. Please have a resume available with previous work history which includes your skill set and your wage scale.
