We are in search of concrete polishing technicians with epoxy background, Journeyman concrete polishers who are motivated to grow with the company. The chosen individual must be able to follow directions, be a team player, and be deadline driven. This person would be well versed in bonds and tooling, methods to achieve different aggregate finishes and approaches to substrate removal. Although we have a lot of work in the Twin cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) travel will be required from time to time. Duties include (but not limited to):
Prepare floors for a variety of processes
Sweep, mop scrape floors and vacuum
Patch concrete
Use grinding machines
Hand tools for grinding edges
Stay organized and communicate if materials/tooling is needed in a timely manner
Make sure all equipment/tooling is accounted for at the end of each job
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties
Requirements:
Have a valid driver’s license
Be able to legally work in US
Lift 60+ lbs
Be punctual and reliable
Positive attitude
Be able to follow directions and work as a team
Be willing to travel for 4 weeks at a time, when necessary
