Full-Time Electrical Technician (Maple Grove, MN)
This position for a full-time electrical technician is an excellent opportunity to join a family-owned business specializing in industrial machine repair. Our technicians travel to the customer’s location to troubleshoot and repair their machines. We offer our technicians a benefits package including medical, dental, short-term disability, and a 401k plan. We also provide uniforms, a company phone, and a company van to drive to customer’s location. Starting wage will depend on experience.
Requirement/Preference:
Excellent customer service skills, oral and written.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical and some hydraulic problems. May include PLC and servo controlled electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic automated manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Perform electrical wiring on installation of new or used component parts.
Knowledge and understanding of hydraulic circuits and components.
Knowledge of computer programs used to run and program industrial machinery is a plus.
Read and understand electrical prints.
Have a good driving record.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
Ownership of basic tools.
Working Experience:
Preferably with 2+ years of working experience in related field.
