CBRE, Inc is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance services at approximately 10 client bank branches. Services include troubleshooting HVAC issues, completing minor HVAC PMs such as filter changes, cleaning coils, replacing belts, basic carpentry, patching/painting, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing carpet/flooring tiles, minor plumbing such as repairing leaking faucets, toilets and urinals, changing light bulbs, policing parking lot for trash, moving furniture and other light maintenance work. Vehicle, cell phone, laptop, tablet, uniforms, PPE and tools are provided. Standard work hours are M-F, 8-5. Must be able to pass a background check to include drug screen and MVR (clean driving record). Must be a self-starter and willing to work after hours in the event of an emergency or special scheduled work.
