Residential remodeler is seeking a qualified laborer with extensive experience in bathroom remodels. Qualified applicants will have a broad understanding of building and remodeling techniques. Applicant should be well-rounded in the remodeling trades (rough framing, sheetrock/mud/tape, millwork/setting cabinets, tile installation, solid surface installs, etc.) and should know basic building code in order to interact and negotiate with building officials. You must be comfortable working alone at a job site. Most of our job sites have one or at most two employees assigned at a time.
Attention to detail, personal reliability, and integrity are a must. Communication and customer service skills are integral to the position. Reliable transportation is required. Personal tools are required. Use of technology and smartphones is required.
Our most happy and successful employees are former GCs that enjoy the fieldwork but not the headaches of sales, marketing, accounting, taxes, insurance, etc.
