Description We seek an innovative and proactive Sr. Technical Project Manager- Generative AI to lead and coordinate our suite of cutting-edge Generative AI projects. The successful candidate will manage project dependencies and align them with our business strategies. This pivotal position is a driving factor in our quest for innovation, specifically in the orchestration of advanced AI products.Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and drive project planning, focusing on Generative AI technologies.

Oversee project planning during discovery phases to ensure a robust understanding of AI technologies.

Collaboratively scope & prioritize project roadmaps in alignment with business sponsors and product owners.

Manage the execution of the program to ensure completion of tasks and maintaining project schedules.

Provide leadership for matrix projects and conduct project meetings at the leadership and executive director levels.

Prepare and execute project communication through regular meetings, clear communications, and presentations to leadership.

Ensure projects operate within the approved budget and monitor all budgeted expenditures.

Stay updated with Generative AI advancements to ensure integration of the latest AI technologies into project planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Agile Certifications (CSM; ACP; CSPO; SAFe; LeSS)

Generative AI/ LLM Certifications

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of Program/Project management experience in software development of AI

Technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience working with AI vendors

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum management

Expertise in project management tools, especially JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with financial/budget management and complex cost-benefit analyses

Understanding of AI product management methodologies is a plus.
