You will work alongside a team of professionals to produce durable and well-crafted vaults that provide peace of mind to families during difficult times.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in construction or concrete work preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Assembling and installing concrete forms according to specifications.
Mixing concrete ingredients and pouring concrete into forms.
Smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
Installing reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh to strengthen concrete.
Following safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Assisting with the placement and alignment of vault components.
Monitoring curing process and taking measures to ensure proper drying and hardening of concrete.
Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work area.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 45lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
Skills
Laborer (1 year of experience is preferred)
