We have immediate openings for Full-time Factory Day shift positions.Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our fast-paced shoe manufacturing operation. We prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of our work.Position Details:Roles Available: Leather cutting, sewing, attaching soles, and more.Starting Wage: $23.80/hour. Once qualified on a specific job, the base wage may increase.Current Working Hours:1st Shift Core Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.Required Overtime: Up to 12 hours per week may be required, which may extend daily start and end times with start times as early as 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM depending on production needs.Future Working Hours: By March 1, 2025 moving to 10 hour shifts!1st Shift Core Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm.Required Overtime: 30 minutes after shift Mon – Thur.  Overtime worked on Fridays; minimum of 4 hours, max of 8 hours. Up to 12 hours of overtime per week may be required.
