Mauser Packaging Solutions (formerly known as Twin City Containers) is looking for Laborers, highly driven and willing to work. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Reconditioning Intermediate Bulk Containers, (IBC) on a progressive automated wash line.
Removal and replacement of inner bottles on IBCs.
Washing and preparing used inner bottles and drums to be recycled.
Shredding/grinding/baling used inner bottles and drums for recycling
Unloading and loading trailers via forklifts and by hand.
Stacking IBCs with a forklift in designated areas.
Quality control inspection of IBC manufacturing and repairs.
In return, we offer the following pay and benefits:
Starting pay $16.00 per hour
$0.50 raise to $16.50 after 90 days, based on performance

$500.00 Referral bonus for employees who bring other great employees to us (after completion of 90 days)
$500.00 sign on bonus (after completion of 90 days)

We will be doing on the spot interviews/tours as candidates come in to fill out the application between the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Or scheduled at the candidates convenience. We will also be doing on the spot interviews/tours every Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM or scheduled at the candidates convenience.
