We are seeking a skilled 1099 Contractor to specialize in residential window and door installations in the Southern MN territory. This role is perfect for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the chosen field, offering the flexibility of a full-time schedule and support for each project.

Responsibilities
Manage window and door installations from start to finish.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes.
Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and tools to complete projects efficiently.
Work independently while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the team.
Qualifications
Subject to background check. Must have an LLC and own insurance
Must have an enclosed trailer or van, brake for bending coil wrap, pump jacks or scaffolding
Must have 5 years’ experience installing remodel full frame and insert windows and doors.
Must have at least one helper.
