Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing health tech firm in need of a Client Service Specialist to join their team in an interim capacity for the next 3+ months. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with both internal and external stakeholders, following up on software referral leads and troubleshooting tech questions post implementation. This is a contract role that has the potential to extend longer given increases in their workload. Responsibilities: Participate in the organization and execution of outbound client calls, with the goal to engage customers in the utilization of the companies proprietary technology. Assist clients with troubleshooting tech issues by discussing the challenge and providing a solution, often utilizing a remote sharing tool. Consistently make outbound calls to companies who have yet to respond to various leads in their queue. Serve as a link between customers, management, and IT personnel, especially in situations requiring escalation and troubleshooting. Keep detailed records of progress on assigned projects, as well as issues identified with software, customers, and providers, ensuring all calls and updates are documented in CRM or Project Management solutions. Assist inbound calls and tickets by promptly addressing real-time inquiries and helping customers in resolving user and provider setup issues. Perform other duties as determined by leadership.Requirements 1+ year of prior client services or tech support experience Comfort level working directly with clients in a one-on-one or group capacity, troubleshooting system issues as necessary. Proficiency in using CRM systems for customer relationship management and data analysis. Experience with Facebook Insights for tracking user interaction and engagement on social media. Demonstrated experience or an interest in the healthcare or technology industries.
