Desktop Support Analyst

Description 100% onsite in Saint Paul, MNRobert Half has a client in Saint Paul with a help desk position supporting internal users at a well known non-profit. We are looking for a 3+ year experienced help desk/desktop support technician for a minimum of 8 weeks with the possibility of extension. This person will need to work 100% onsite because that is where the employees work, and they will be required to go to the users. They will help with day-to-day service tickets, walk ups, and pc refresh systems when needed. this person should know how to use a knowledge base and help to update it if needed. Volume of work varies from day to day depending on how complex the ticket is. They will be working with two other engineers to support the end users at the deskside. When doing a PC refresh, they will download the base image using SCCM and will load the specific apps depending on the departments. They have this documented, so it is easy for follow along. This person will also support android and apple phones. Also, they will help with Mac Air and pro systems. It this person has some PowerShell scripting experience it is a plus.
