Description We are working with a client who is in search of an HRIS Analyst to join their team on an interim basis, located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with their newly implemented system and ensuring the efficient operation of HR systems. This includes technical analysis, system configuration, and process flow reviews. This role offers a work model that is hybrid or fully remote.Responsibilities: Carry out technical analysis and configuration of Cornerstone system, ensuring they are set up correctly and efficiently. Thoroughly review system flow processes and make necessary system changes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with the HR Department and internal customers on system requests and capabilities, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of changes. Conduct regular audits of data in compensation, performance management, and other relevant modules to ensure data integrity. Prepare and deliver monthly reports as per the established timeline. Develop an in-depth understanding of Human Resources foundations and support best practices within the organization. Processes understand of systems both technically and operationally. Interact with vendors as needed to ensure system utilization is operating at full capacity. Apply an analytical mindset to troubleshoot system configurations and resolve any issues that arise.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in using Cornerstone software system. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in auditing, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to perform application configuration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and MS Teams. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent communication skills. Experience in resolving Technical Problems related to HRIS. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with HR practices and best practices.
