Description We are inviting applications for the role of Medical Records Clerk located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role belongs to the healthcare industry and is a pivotal part of our team. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity, where the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of patient information.Responsibilities: Organizing and processing customer applications with precision and efficiency. Maintaining and updating customer records as per the required standards. Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions when required. Assisting in the management of healthcare data and ensuring its confidentiality and security. Utilizing 'Workstation Support' and 'Phone Presence' skills to aid in daily tasks. Deploying 'R Code' and 'HealthCare.gov' knowledge to improve the accuracy of medical records. Collaborating with offshore teams to ensure smooth operations. Applying 'TRICARE' and 'NIS' skills to improve the healthcare service delivery. Using video tools for efficient communication and coordination with the team. Requirements Proficiency in Workstation Support Excellent phone presence and communication skills Ability to utilize video technology for virtual meetings and consultations Familiarity with HealthCare.gov procedures and regulations Knowledge of R Code for data analysis Experience with offshore medical record management Understanding and application of TRICARE health program Ability to operate and manage NIS (Network Information System) for network administration.
