The IT Project Manager IV will guide a cross-functional team of individuals who work to elevate capabilities within the SAP/ERP portfolio. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure initiative objectives are accomplished within the project constraints. Work Location: This opportunity is a remote role, based out of Bloomington, MN international headquarters. Candidates should prepare for a remote work-at-home office for 5-days a week. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

Manage application development initiatives within the eBusiness portfolio.

Full project life cycle ownership with successful project delivery to include full implementation from initiation to deployment.

Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.

Actively facilitate program increment, sprint planning, daily stand-up, and retrospective agile meetings.

Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.

Prepare communications for stakeholders, including project status reports, project time/budget reports, and other project-related documents.

Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

Ensure quality through quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.

Analyzes resource, technology, and constraints to make clear recommendations for delivering complex projects.

Maintain a strong understanding of The Toro Company’s business objectives and industry trends.

What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience.

Project management experience and successful delivery of large ERP projects.

Solid project management and agile skillset with ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

Solid understanding of ERP processes (knowledge of SAP preferred), including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release, and version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management.

Experience in Agile (Scrum/SAFe), SDLC Methodologies, Waterfall.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels across a matrix organization.

Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.

Engage leaders to gather knowledge of the business to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.

Experience implementing package systems, working with systems and having a working understanding of software systems.

Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.

Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
