Join our staff at Willow Ridge and Willow River in Waite Park. We provide 24 hour support to adults in a nurturing and home-like setting. Our dedicated team of professionals plan and deliver individualized care, focusing on the unique needs and personality of each person.
Our available positions are part-time with the possibility of it leading to full-time if that is your desire.
Positions Available:
Full-time evening position 3pm-11pm, scheduled 32 hours week (includes every other weekend)
Evening position includes call-in coverage rotation for higher wage
Part-time evening position 4pm-9pm, scheduled 20 hours a week
position is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (includes every other weekend)
Full-time awake overnight position 11pm-7am, scheduled 32 hours a week
Hire bonus $400.00
bonus is paid out as follows: $50 upon 30 days, $100 upon 3 months and $250 upon 1 year of employment
Position specific qualifications include:
Applicants must be able to pass a background study
Applicants must be 18+ years of age
Applicants must live in the local or surrounding area and/or have reliable transportation to work
Experience with direct personal care in an Assisted Living, Nursing Home or Group Home is preferred
