We are seeking experienced RN for small Customized Living homes. Homes are located in S & SE side of St Cloud and in Coon Raids, MN.
Experience and proficient in state assisted living regulations!
Develop and ensure state compliance and staff training.
Oversee and coordinate care plans.
Able to complete resident assessments in a timely manner.
Ability to travel between homes in Coon Rapids and St Cloud.
Schedule flexible to perform rounds and cover as needed.
Valid Driver’s license required.
Must be 18+
