- Collaborate with the Sales Mgr & Field Sales Mgrs to develop strategies and techniques.
- Engage in outside sales.
- Just Go out and SELL!
Compensation:
- Commissions have averaged 20% on the ticket over the past 4 years
- Sell 25 roofs and make $100K
