Maintain a strong working relationship with the designated site point of contact
Train employees in the various operations of the job site, including customer service and safety
Enforce company policies and procedures
Perform duties as necessary to operate a safe and efficient working environment
Manage staff and employee performance including hiring, retention, training, coaching and counseling, safety, etc.
Maintain integrity of company equipment
Forecast staffing needs and schedule accordingly
Ensure schedule is properly communicated
Review daily/weekly/monthly reports including timekeeping reports
Ensure schedule gaps are filled and shifts are full
Review processes for efficiency and opportunities for improvement
Handle onsite communications with customers, client and management as needed
Ensure compliance of established policies and procedures for both the client and the company

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in dealing with personnel issues including hiring, firing, training and disciplinary action.
2+ years of driving experience
Valid drivers license
Acceptable driving record
Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
Must project professionalism
Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
