IT Inspirations LLC is a small I.T company based in Slidell, Louisiana. We provide structured cabling and networking services throughout Louisiana, coastal Mississippi, and Alabama. We seek quick learners with some cabling experience to install/troubleshoot cabling and networking devices. Technicians must have their own vehicle. Tools and materials will be provided. Pay is based on experience.
Our business is seeking a Low Voltage Technician trainee to join our growing team. Through training, trainees will learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide variety of electronics, cabling, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, be eager to learn, and have reliable transportation. Being dexterous and technically savvy is also a plus. Additionally, the job requires regular travel between sites and availability to work on call when needed.

Tools needed to start: (Punch Down Tool, RJ45 Pass-Thru Modular Crimper, Tone and Probe, Cat5/Cat6 Cable tester, Laptop, Label maker, A-Frame Ladder, Power drill, and basic hand tools.)
(Must have your own vehicle to travel from site to site)
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers.
Install and maintain telecommunications and network equipment.
Maintain telephone services.
Run Cat5, Cat6 cabling.
Perform in-depth research using a variety of reference materials.
Design and implement technical solutions.
Communicate with customers using different mediums of communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
